Park Community Credit Union Modernizes Payments Infrastructure, Reducing Processing Costs and Improving Efficiencies
Park Community Credit Union is one of Kentucky’s largest federal-chartered credit unions, serving more than 73,000 members across 16 branch locations and remote banking solutions.
The credit union looked to modernize their deposits and image acquisition solutions with a goal of leveraging a centralized platform for all points of presentment and the back office, as well as Day 1 and Day 2 processing. In addition to a refreshed branch infrastructure, self-service capabilities were important, including ATM/ITM solutions, and a mobile deposit offering that was compatible with their new digital capabilities.
With member services a top priority, these new platforms and capabilities now drive improved branch efficiency and increased member experiences across all channels at Park Community.
