Reese oversees all legal matters, ensuring Alogent operates with the highest level of integrity and compliance, collaborating closely with the organization and providing strategic legal advice. 


With more than 20 years of leadership within technology and fintech companies, Reese has a deep expertise in payment ecosystems and a strong track record of building trust with customers, partners, and regulators. Prior to joining Alogent, Reese spent his career in both private practice and on in-house legal, compliance, and security teams, including General Counsel at Merchant e-Solutions and Payspan.
