Do we contact Alogent support for any technical issues regarding the MiSnap version 5.X or do we contact Mitek support directly?
After the certification process has been initiated through our Product Team, correspondence will be with Alogent, and an Alogent contact will be identified for subsequent questions and/or help.

What does the MiSnap certification process entail?
MiSnap certification is a well-defined process that focuses on environment connectivity, code review, device profiling, user experience review, functional testing, and performance testing.
Is there a separate cost for integration certification? If yes, who do we pay - Alogent or Mitek, and what is the cost?
The certification process is initiated through Alogent’s Product Team and they will provide further details.
Q: Will there be a need for certification for any new versions of MiSnap after the 5.x version?
Undetermined. The new version of MiSnap is not backwards compatible with the versions less than 5, and that is why certification is required.
Does our process for the server products stay the same? Do we continue to work through Alogent for those (Mitek Mobile Deposit & Global Deposit)?

How do we receive the license key and receive assistance and certification for the integration code?

How do we apply for a new license key after receiving it? Will either Mitek or Alogent provide the instructions or documentation?
License keys need to be embedded in the code.
Will each new MiSnap version require a new license key?
Unknown at this time.
Who will notify the availability of a new MiSnap SDK in the future? Alogent or Mitek?
The customers can subscribe to Github to be notified of the availability of a new version.
What happens after December 1, 2024, if MiSnap 5. X is not in place? Will we have the problem with the current MiSnap version we are integrated with?
No, the current version of MiSnap will not stop working. However, there could be issues with the latest versions of the operating systems and/or newer devices for which fixes will only be available in MiSnap 5.x.
Will we still receive support from Alogent / Mitek if MiSnap 5.X is not in place by December 1, 2024?
No bugs will be fixed in the older version(s) of MiSnap.
We do not have a business relationship with Mitek directly, so how do we contact Mitek support directly?
